I’m Deb, a passionate cook with a love of authentic, vibrant flavors, mouth-watering combinations, and crunchy bites.
My menus are an invitation to discover traditional and innovative flavors, always incorporating a touch of umami!
Umami means “tasty” or “delicious,” and Apulian cuisine is rich in ingredients that enhance this fifth taste, essential for a flavor experience you’ll remember forever.
I create dishes with fresh, local ingredients, featuring authentic meats and fresh fish, garden vegetables, and a wide variety of fresh pastas with exquisite sauces.
I specialize in gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.

Family Style
Family-Style Service: courses are served in the center of the table. The menu consists of 4 appetizers, 4 main courses, and 1 dessert, and prices range from €55 to €70 per person.
The menu chosen is the same for all guests. (Exceptions are made in cases of food intolerances.)
